Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will recieve another notification when your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship via UPS and FedEx. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via emails so you can follow your package's progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Maison Elza is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at Hello@ShopElza.com and we'll help track it down.

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once an order has shipped.

Address Corrections

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at hello@shopelza.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
